Library Computer Center

Classes are scheduled to instruct students in the use of library resources.

The Dockery Library is proud to make computers available for the educational use of TCCC students. 

The Library Computer Center may be reserved by instructors for classes of library instruction. 

The computer center is equipped with Microsoft Office software, Internet and CD burners.  Both black and white and color printing is supported.   A scanner is available to use with PowerPoint, Front Page and other presentation programs.

TCCC students may use the computers for research and educational projects.   All users are expected to respect the needs of others and to adhere the TCCC Standards of Student Conduct and those outlined below.     

Computers for leisure use are available in the Harper building Student Lounge.

Standards of Conduct

 Student academic projects take priority over recreational pursuits.                                 A quiet environment is essential.  

:           Computer users should follow the TCCC Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

          Conversations should not disturb others.

:           Social or leisure use of equipment is not permitted. 

          Observe Copyright laws before copying music, books, magazines, or media.

'         Users are expected to silence cell phones and media players.

R          Beverages and food should be consumed before entering the library to avoid accidents. 

r          Children should behave properly and may not be left unattended.

S      Furniture should be treated with respect and is not for lounging or sleeping.

Patrons who disturb others with extended conversations, objectionable language, alcohol or substance use, rowdy, lewd or indecent behavior, noise, or displays of pornography or nudity may be asked to leave the library and privileges may be suspended.
